MTO & BDE Curriculum Compliance This training program is delivered in accordance with Ministry of Transportation (MTO) standards and follows the approved Beginner Driver Education (BDE) curriculum under Ontario Regulation 473/07. The program is designed to meet all provincial requirements for certified driver education providers and is structured to ensure consistent instructional quality and compliance with applicable regulations. The training includes a structured 40-hour BDE curriculum consisting of online instruction, HomeLink assignments, and in-car driving sessions delivered in a controlled and supervised learning environment consistent with road safety standards. Cancellation Policy: In-car lessons require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than the required notice period may result in a cancellation fee of $75. Program Completion Requirement: The BDE program must be completed within twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of registration. Failure to complete within this timeframe may result in expiry of enrolment without refund or credit. Certification Fee: Upon successful completion of the program, an administrative certification fee of $50 is required for processing and submission of the MTO Beginner Driver Education certificate. Driver’s Licence History (DLH) Form: Students may request a Driver’s Licence History Form through ServiceOntario upon certification. Applicable government fees for the DLH form are charged separately by ServiceOntario. Important Notice: Completion of this program does not guarantee a driver’s licence, road test success, or insurance approval.
