Download and print all 4 required forms. Important: You must bring all completed documents on your first in-car lesson. Please print 2 copies and keep them neatly organized in a folder 📂.

STEP 3 — Submit Documents
Once completed, email all 4 documents so your registration can be processed and submitted for official MTO requirements.
